Abstract
We propose to study the effect of coupling between nanotubes on the phonon in inhomogeneous (different nanotubes) dimers of SWNTs (Single walled of Carbon Nanotubes) by using Raman Spectroscopy. Different structural parameters (diameter, chirality, length, etc... ) are investigated. In the second part of this paper, we investigated the electronic properties of dimer of SWNTs and the effect of coupling between nanotubes on charge transfer processes. © 2015 IEEE.
