The chemical composition of The essential oil of Artemisia herba alba collected from Oujda and Errachidia regions, were investigated by gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC-MS) in combination with retention indices. Among the 47 identified constituents, the main components of the oil from Oujda were β- thujone (46.75), α- thujone (21.17) and camphor (8.41), while Camphor (17.79), α-thujone (17.27), cis-chrysanthenyl acétate (10.9), β-thujone (9.91), davanone (6.65), chrysanthénone (6.37) and eucalyptol (4.98) are the major components found in the oil from Errachidia.
