Abstract

The synthesis of bimetallocyclic fertetracarbonyl-5-(4-(p- méthylcyclam)-benzamidophényl)-10, 15,20- triphénylporphyrine] tin has been established by condensation of the cyclam in DMF solution on fertetracarbonyl-5-4-(p-bromométhyl) benzamidophényl)-10,15,20-triphénylporphyrinetin. The latter was obtained by condensation of Collman reagent Na2Fe(CO)4 on the dichloro-5-(4-(p-bromométhyl)- benzamidophényl)-10, 15,20-triphénylporphyrine] tin which is obtained by action of the tetrachloride on the free base 5-4-(p-bromométhyl) benzamidophényl-10,15,20-triphénylporphyrine in solution in quinoline. The latter is widely used as a precursor for preparing film-type Langmuir Blodgett. These bimetallic complex amphiphiles so prepared a liaison meta-metal tin-iron type carbene where porphyrin and cyclam longer face to face. It is possible to link the two macrocycles by a bridge peptide and possibly imine. The complexes thus obtained were characterized by UV-visible spectroscopy, IR, 1H NMR and mass spectrometry.
