Abstract
The condensation of enynes such as propragylamin on different ketons in the presence of a catalyst such as platinum chloride leads to cyclic compounds with a yield above 50. These cyclic compounds can be used as precursors in the preparation of pharmaceuticals and biologicals products. The products are synthesized and characterized by NMR spectroscopic analysis of proton and carbon 13.
