Abstract

In order to monitor the performance of a supply chain, decision-makers have the habit to use performance indicators. However, the multiplicity of indicators, quantitative ones or qualitative ones, pushes to merge them, to simplify diagnostic and facilitate comparisons. In this work, we propose a new aggregation operator, aiming to fix drawbacks of usual arithmetic means. An extension to fuzzy logic is given. © 2017 IEEE.
